What I Remember Senator Ninoy Aquino

           August 21,1982, the month,day and year, Senator Benigno S.Aquino was assasinated.I was in grade six during the time,in our province in Mindanao.I heard from my Math teacher, Mr.Eliseo Espanola, that Ninoy died for our  country. He willl be proclaimed one of the famous Philippine hero.
          

What is Pamalandong Effect?

              Pamalandong is an Ilonggo term meaning " to reflect", to think,to recollect. When i was small my father always tell me this word "Pamalandong" every time, i done something which is doutbful, not sure,sinful or not pleasing in the eyes of the people around me,especially not pleasing to God.
            My father is a very simple,positive thinker,hummer(likes to hum a church song by whistle)democratic and God -fearing.He is not beater,punisher or belt hitter.He is soft spoken, well-respected in our hometown.
I did not experienced a beat ,a punishment and belt hitting from him.When i committed a mistake,he just give me his calm,soft-spoken and penetrating advice,Finally he says;  "Pamalandong" ka.
